Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Its intense aromatic expression is a sum of exotic fruit notes, with hints of freshly cut grass and boxwood, with a slight mineral touch. In the mouth it presents the typical Sauvignon Blanc grape, that fresh and clean elegance. It is a wine of high intensity, structured and persistent, round. Ideal with shell shellfish (mussels, cockles, clams, oysters...), and cooked shellfish (prawns, prawns, crabs...)
