It is a very fruity, fresh wine, with notes of mint and cocoa.Expressive, friendly tannin, mainly fruit with a subtly spicy finish.Highlights fruity notes in the nose reminiscent of red fruits, sweetssuch as black plum, cherry and chocolate. Ideal with white and red meats, small game, roasts, sausagesand meat stews.
