The grapes were harvested with the first sunlight of the day on the 16th of September of 2023 in 15kg cases. Cultivation and production with minimum intervention, seeking to reflect all the terroir potential. 12-hour cold maceration precedes a gentle press. Natural yeast fermentation at 18ºC for 20 days. Wine is protected from malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats where it’s kept on its lees for 6 months, with a 2-week stirring. Transfer to 5,000-litre French oak Foudre for 4 months before bottling.
Bright yellow with green tinges. Very intense and complex with a wide range of ripe fruit aromas (lychees, peach, red apples), and reminiscent of orange blossom and nutty noses in the aftertaste. Rich and aromatic, smooth and fresh with a long finish.
