The vine-growing and winemaking are carried out with as little intervention as possible, trying to reflect the full potential of the terroir. The grapes were picked on October 2, 2022. They were fermented at 25ºC with their own yeasts from the skins, with gentle pumping over. Pressing was carried out after 30 days of maceration. Malolactic fermentation was performed in stainless steel tanks and the wine was then racked to French oak foudres to be aged for six months before bottling.
Deep red with shades of purple. Highly intense aromas, most notably of extremely ripe fruit on a background of very elegant toasted oak. Meaty and complex, with an unctuous palate, balanced tannins and a roasted finish.
