The base of Velay is our young red wine in which we infuse 25 botanical plants: flowers, fruits, aromatic and bitter plants and spices.
Garnet-colored vermouth. With a great aromatic complexity; It offers notes such as fennel, elderflower, cinnamon, bitter orange peel and lots more. Sweet on the palate and after passing through the mouth the bitterness is accentuated. This balance makes it a great appetizer. It has a very good structure due to its red wine base, which provides complexity and aromas such as blackberry and licorice, in addition to its characteristic color. In the mouth, aromas of spices, fruits, flowers and aromatic plants return.

Devotion to wine, roots in the terroir, centuries-old winery tradition and great passion for native varieties: Verdejo and Tempranillo.
We produce our wines in the underground winery that our great-great-grandfather bought in 1886. It is an example of the traditional underground architecture of the region and it provides the ideal conditions for the conservation and production of wine.
The vineyards are located beside the Duero River with sand and gravel soils. (North orientation) Planted on trellises and in bush (3x3m). Minimum intervention, always manual harvest.
