TASTING NOTES ALZACOLA
APPEARANCE: Bright golden yellow colour, high density when moving the glass. NOSE: Intense nose, floral, citric and even tropical with a balsamic background. TASTE: A wine where the fruit and the minerality of the earth are the protagonists. Savoury, fresh, with an important saline concentration. PAIRING: Appetizers, fish, salad dishes, pizzas, pasta, sushi and tartares. SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 7 and 10ºC. Use a glass of white wine.
