APPEARANCE: Pale amber-coloured wine, with coppery glints. Bright.NOSE: Marked aromas of flower veil complemented with slight hints of noble wood, vanilla, camomile, dried fruits, caramel and orange peel. A wine with a very complex nose, situated on the line between finos and amontillados.TASTE: With a very long, unctuous and long finish; with an everlasting, spicy, flavoursome and slightly bitter aftertaste.FOOD PAIRING: Ideal wine to accompany strong dishes such as red almadraba tuna, game meats or stews.SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6º to 8º C.
