Grape varieties: 100% verdejo D.O. Rueda. Traditional elaboratión with biological aging under velo de flor for at least tree years in oak casks.
Tasting: Straw yellow to pale gold color. Almod, bakery and marzipan aromas as a result of flor yeasts. There are also aromas of wood, vanilla and dried fruits. On the palate it is very dry, delicate and ligth, with salty touches. In the aftertaste the memory os almond aromas returns.
