Grape Varieties: Verdejo 100% selection of old bush vineyard picked bay hand with low yields. Triple vinification in stainless steel, french oak foudre and concrete eggs aged for 8 months on its lees and subsequent againg in bottle for 8 more months.
Tasting: Light straw yellow. Intense on the nose with fennel and underbrush aromas and withe fruits. In the mouth it is well balanced, elegant and complex as well as fresh with and excellent acidity
Wine and food: Ideal for pairings with rice, white meat, sh and seafood. Best Served at 6-8ºC
