VINEYARDS: Vineyards between 12 and 30 years old, located at an altitude of 830-850 m. Clay loam soils, south-facing slopes. 84% Tempranillo and 16% Merlot.
ELABORATION: Manual harvest and pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature. Alcoholic, malolactic fermentation and aging on its fine lees in concrete tanks. Very light filtration, so it could contain natural precipitates.
AGING: In accordance with the potential of the vintage to respect the personality of the wine. In this case, it has carried out the FML and the aging in 225 L French and American oak barrels for the second wine.
VINTAGE: The harvest began on September 26, 2023, and 6,754 kg were collected for this wine, producing 5,733 bottles of 0.75 L.
CATA'S NOTES: Intense cherry red color, clean and bright with cardinal rims. Intense and complex on the nose, highlighting the fresh red fruit and the sweet notes of aging. In the mouth it is very fresh, fruity, with a medium structure and surprising aftertaste.
ALCOHOLIC DEGREE: 13,5%vol.

We offer white wines made from Albillo Mayor and red wines made from Tempranillo with Merlot.
We produce very few bottles, all numbered and sealed with wax.
