VINEYARDS: Vineyards between 60 and 80 years old, located at an altitude of 850-890 m. Sandy loam soils, slopes facing Southwest and North. 100% Albillo Mayor.
ELABORATION: Manual harvest and pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature and aging on its fine lees in concrete tanks. Very light filtration, so it could contain natural precipitates.
AGING: In accordance with the potential of the vintage to respect the personality of the wine. In this case, aging in second wine 225 L French oak barrels.
HARVEST: The harvest began on September 18, 2023, and 780kg were collected for this wine, producing 583 bottles of 0.75 L.
CATA'S NOTES: Greenish yellow color, clean and bright, with steely edges. Medium intensity and complex and elegant on the nose, highlighting the touches of White flowers, very fresh green fruits, subtly accompanied by notes of bakery and toasted bread. In the mouth it is fresh, broad, sweet, fruity and very long.
ALCOHOLIC DEGREE: 12,5%vol.

We offer white wines made from Albillo Mayor and red wines made from Tempranillo with Merlot.
We produce very few bottles, all numbered and sealed with wax.
