This wine is made from the finest musts produced during our own harvest at our El Poedo vineyard. Unlike Manzanilla, these musts are not fortified and are left to mature naturally in new American oak barrels for eight months, under a light layer of flor de flor. On the palate, it presents the distinctive character of a local white wine, with a vibrant structure, marked freshness, and a subtle saline touch that makes it profound and expressive. Blanco Paranormal is not for everyone; it is reserved for those who truly appreciate quality wines.
