With 20 years of oxidative aging since its inception, our Oloroso Xixarito stands out for its body and roundness. For 15 years, we have been making our Olorosos with first-time free-run must, which provides a distinctive smoothness and nuances reminiscent of the character of a Palo Cortado. Its profile of nuts, spices, and light balsamic notes make this wine a perfect pairing with stewed meats and cured cheeses.
