Sweet Oloroso aged in American oak casks, using the traditional Solera system with periodic "sacas" (extractions) and "rocíos" (refreshments), until it reaches an average age of more than 20 years.
This magnificent Cream is created by blending our old Oloroso with sweet Pedro Ximénez wine. Both wines are aged together in the solera system for at least three more years, resulting in an elegant and refined wine.
