It is clean and bright, with a straw-yellow color and golden reflections, showing its fruity character and volcanic origin. Aromatically expressive, with an intense presence of white and stone fruit (reineta apple, pear, peach), tropical notes (passion fruit, pineapple) and a delicate floral background (orange blossom, honeysuckle). Subtle herbaceous touches and a mineral nuance characteristic of Atlantic vineyards are appreciated. Fresh and enveloping entry, with a vibrant acidity that balances its natural sweetness. Its mid palate is unctuous and structured, with a persistent finish where the fruity notes are intensified and a mineral and slightly saline aftertaste.
