Medium/high layer wine typical of Garnacha from the Cebreros DOP. Of notable intensity, great fruitiness (violets and red fruits) but showing the aromas of the terroir that surround the vineyards with fennel and scrubland. Medium body in the mouth, tasty and very fresh. With a good balance between acidity and alcohol. Long and with the same sensations in the retronasal as in the nose.Recommended alone or accompanied by meat and/or barbecues. Excellent accompanied by cured cheese.
