VINIFICATION
The grapes used to make this wine come from very old vineyards, and the harvest is done by hand and transported to the wineryin wide, low-height trailers with a capacity of 2000 kgso that the grapes arrive at the winery in perfect condition and do notoxidize.Direct bleeding at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC for 20 days.
TASTING NOTES
Subtle pale pink and bright with violet reflections.On the nose it displays aromas of white flowers, citrus and red fruit yogurt.On the palate it is delicate, with refreshing and balanced acidity. Aromas of citrus and red fruits in the retronasal. It is a harmonious wine, with a goodbalance between acidity and structure.
Serve between 11-13ºCAlcohol content 12%Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif and cold dishes such as white asparagus,seafood salpicón, grilled vegetables, beef carpaccio, fish and risottos.
