VINIFICATION
The grapes used to make this wine come from very old vineyards, and the harvest is done by hand and transported to the wineryin wide, low-height trailers with a capacity of 2000 kgso that the grapes arrive at the winery in perfect condition and do notoxidize.Once in the winery, it is fermented in small tanks on its lees to extract more tropical aromas and achieve wines with moreunctuosity.
TASTING NOTES
Bright, clean color with certain golden yellow tones.On the nose it is complex and differentiated with intensity, very marked aromas of tropical fruit and apple with certain notes of peachand apricot.On the palate it is complex, glyceric, and leaves a very pleasant taste and aftertaste withfloral notes and fruits such as mango.Serve between 6-8 ºCAlcohol content 12%Pairing: Fish, chicken, salads or simply as anappetizer
