VINIFICATION
The wine is harvested in small trailers with very little height. It is taken tothe winery where it is destemmed by hand and fermented in 10,000 kg tanks. During fermentation, a lot of fruit, colour andsweet tannins are extracted. Then, once the fermentation is finished,it is left to macerate for a few days with its lees to obtain morestructure. Then it undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Once the malolactic fermentation is finished,it is aged for 15 months and then it is bottledto rest for a year in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES
Cherry red colour with a large layer of colourOn the nose it is intense and very complex, we can highlight its blackfruit, compote, spices with certain hints of toast andchocolates.On the palate it is broad, fleshy with a sustainable and smooth mid-palate withsweet and pleasant tannins and a black liquorice finish.
