VINIFICATION
These grapes are harvested by hand in small 2500 kg trailers, transported to the winery, selected on the table and the berries areseparated from the stems. Next, the first fermentation takes place in a small 12,000 kg tank to extract morearomas and more sweet and pleasant tannins. After pressing, themalolactic fermentation takes place in new American and French barrels,and finally, the aging lasts one year in these same barrels.Once the aging is finished, it is bottled and remains in the bottlefor one year.
TASTING NOTES
Intense color with a high layer of color with garnet tonesOn the nose, it is an intense wine with red fruits well assembled withhints of ripe fruit, coffee and chocolate.On the palate it is silky, fleshy, enveloping with an aftertaste of ripe fruitwith a sweet and pleasant tannin with a long and persistent finish.
