Harvest: manual
Vinification: initial manual selection in the vineyard, second selection in the wineryand subsequent destemming. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new barrels ofFrench oak.
Aging: in French oak barrels for a minimum of 14months.Subsequently, aging in bottle for 12 months.The passage of time may cause precipitates orsediments to appear in the bottle.
Serving: 16 -18º C
Tasting notes: Intense garnet color with purple hues. Elegant aroma andintense. Black fruits, violets and smoked with a mineral background. In the mouth, it is fleshy, powerful and well structured. Velvety entryand a very balanced palate. Full-bodied and persistent.
