Winemaking
Harvest: manual.
Vinification: the grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed. After a cold maceration process, alcoholic fermentation takes placein stainless steel tanks.
Aging: it is carried out in oak barrels for 14 months.Subsequently, aging in bottle for 6-12 months. The passage oftime may cause precipitates or sediments to appear inthe bottle.
Serving: 14-16ºC
Tasting notes
Cherry red with garnet reflections. Intense aromas of red fruits(cherry), assembled with notes of vanilla, licorice and roasted.Good balance, nerve, round and velvety.
