Variedad:uva 100% verdejo procedente de clones prefiloxéricos.
Vinificación:3/4 meses sobre lías. Fermentación a un ritmo excepcionalmente lento y temperaturas muy bajas para preservar la fruta, la pureza, el frescor y la acidez.
Visual: Brillante, limpio y amarillo.
Notas de cata: Vivo, aromático y herbáceo. Un clásico Verdejo auténtico y fresco. Lleno de fruta blanca, melocotón y hierbas aromáticas. Acidez perfecta.
