The Kentish plover is threatened by human activity and by their pets who diturb the nesting sites.
The grapes come from only two albariza soil vineyards, which have been certified organic for over 15 years. With the grapes from each of these vineyards we blend the influence of the sea air with that of the river Guadalquivir delta. Yeast: Indigenous

Barbadillo was founded in 1821 in Sanlucar de Barrameda (Cadiz) SPAIN and is still a family business in its entirety with strong traditions and a cultural heritage that provides its solid foundations. In the cellars we continue to age our wines and vinegars in the same spaces in which we did 200 years ago, respecting the traditional methods to the maximum.
That is deeply engaged with the environment that surrounds it. We have launched our organic line – Cielo, Tierra y Mar; (Sky, Earth and Sea) –focused on offering a range of exquisite wines that at the same time contribute to communicating the need to preserve the environment and nature of Cadiz’s coast.
Barbadillo, has also a range of Sherry Vinegars, including Organic Sherry Vinegar.
