Made in our vinegar factory with organic apples from the Lleida plains. Unfiltered (with the vinegar mother) and unpasteurized. Vegan, gluten-free, and sulfite-free. A commitment to a natural, 100% organic, and locally sourced vinegar for our customers.

 

 

 


Tradition and Innovation in Every Drop

Since 1908, five generations of the Badia family have been crafting high-quality artisanal vinegars in Mollerussa (Lleida). We select organic and locally sourced ingredients to create unique flavors, slowly fermented to perfection.

  • Classics: Chardonnay wine, Cabernet Sauvignon wine, Lleida Apple, and Jerez DOP.
  • Balsamic: Moscatel wine, Vermouth, Cava, Cava Rosé, Pedro Ximénez, and Modena IGP.
  • Bittersweet: Merlot wine, Riesling, Port, and Orange Blossom Honey.
  • Organic: Unfiltered Apple (with the mother), Red Grape, Cabernet, and Chardonnay.

Gluten-free, sulfite-free, and alcohol-free for the Arab market. Available for retail, horeca, and industry.
