• Merlot vinegar: Made with Merlot wine of great aromatic intensity, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
• Riesling vinegar: Made with Riesling wine, fruity notes and fine acidity, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Since 1908, five generations of the Badia family have been crafting high-quality artisanal vinegars in Mollerussa (Lleida). We select organic and locally sourced ingredients to create unique flavors, slowly fermented to perfection.
