For more than 40 years we have grown as a family next to our olive trees, and we learn everything about the earth and its environment from those who know the most.We are the result of a dream, the reflection of a passion and to fulfill it we choose to maintain all control by contributing to the regional economy and respecting tradition.Our olive groves are located in environments with exceptional characteristics.The Cortijo de Las Hoyas, in the Sierra de Los Filabres (Almería) is an arbequina olive grove situated at a unique altitude in Spain (1,500 m). The wide thermal range and the semi-desert climate produce an olive with a higher amount of antioxidants, resulting in an oil with a unique flavor.The orography of the land makes mechanization impossible, so the olives must be picked up by hand, allowing us to take care of every single detail.The Dehesa de la Posadilla Farm, in the Sierra de Andújar (Jaén) produces an excellent quality picual olive oil that is cold milled within a maximum period of 3 hours from harvesting. The result is an oil of the best quality, coming from fresh fruit.Following our conscious and constant choice of quality, we do not buy olives or oil from other farms. This allows us to have total control over its treatment and ripening quality.
In 2023, our brand was awarded the Silver Medal for Best Premium Design by the prestigious international organization EVOOLEUM.
