Intense and high fruitiness of green olives.Very complex on the nose, with a pleasant aroma of olive leaves, tomato, alloza and reminiscences of green fig trees as a secondary aroma.This Hojiblanca monovarietal has a smooth and clean mouthfeel, bitterness and itching very elegant with a certain pleasant persistence on the palate with hints of bitter almond.As the most characteristic note, the peak of chilli typical of the green Hojiblancas that appears after the tasting stands out.

Terraverne was born in 2020 nestled at 555 meters of altitude in the town of Teba. Arbequina, Hojiblanca and Picual are the varieties that make up these unique high altitude EVOOs a few kilometers from the coast.
