100 Caños Gourmet is a company dedicated to the production and marketing of extra virgin olive oil.
We are located in Villanueva del Trabuco, province of Málaga, Spain.
Every year, we produce a limited edition premium EVOO, selecting the best fruit.
We harvest early in the first week of November.
The main variety we work with is Hojiblanca.
Our production process takes the utmost care from the moment of harvesting, selecting only the fruit in perfect condition, and the process begins in less than an hour. All this work is done in cold storage, with a temperature control that does not exceed 25°C.
The resulting EVOO is stored in stainless steel tanks and bottled in dark glass bottles upon request.
