Liqueur 100% natural, obtained from the maceration of sour cherries in anis distilled. We select, one by one, the sour cherries “ambrunés”, a variety of sour cherries produced in the Jerte Valley, which is the one that has been on the bush the longest time before being harvested. It has more flavor and a harder skin, which is why it requires up to 12 months for optimal maceration. In return, it guarantees a liqueur without expiration because its hard skin perfectly withstands the passage of time in the bottle. It is then filtered and ready for bottling. During the permanent maceration that occurs in the bottle, the liqueur gives the fruit degrees of alcohol -3 or 4- and the fruit gives flavor and color to the liqueur. Sold in a bottle with 60 cl. of liqueur and 120 grams of fruit. Available in miniatures. Chewing a pitted fruit, with a good sip of liqueur, until it is completely mixed and swallowing, is a real pleasure. For a perfect experience, consume at "bodega" temperature.
