Extra Dry Anise 55%Vol. with triple distillation of andalusian matalahúga grains

100% natural product, obtained in the traditional way by flavouring Andalusian aniseed (matalahúga) in distillation of high quality molasses alcohol and water from Subbética region, in centenary copper stills with wood-fired ovens. The alcoholate obtained in the first distillation is re-distilled twice more with new matalahúga in each process to achieve maximum aromatisation. It is then graduated to 55% vol., filtered three times and bottled. It is colourless, shows its 55% vol. and a very high content of the essential oil of the matalahúga. It stimulates the appetite, is digestive and diuretic. Drink at bodega temperature and enjoy the unique ‘cauldron flavoured’ aftertaste.
