This dessert allows you to enjoy the best of both ice cream and cake, providing a creaminess characteristic of purely artisanal products. Available in 4 flavors: caramelized egg yolk with walnuts, cheesecake with forest fruits, lemon meringue mille-feuille, and 3 chocolates.
