Produced on plots owned by winegrowers who are friends of Casa Althay, this wine features the three white varieties from the island of Lanzarote: Malvasía Volcánica, Listán Blanco and Diego. The grapes come from different places on the island: La Geria, Masdache and a farm located in Tisalaya. This wine aims to be a wine that reflects the island with its different places and the work of the different winegrowers in their different smallholdings, a traditional form of cultivation on the island. It should be noted that the soils are generally degraded with a covering of volcanic ash (rofe).
