Biodynamic extra virgin olive oil from the early-harvest Picual variety. Our entire production is DEMETER International certified and Protected Designation of Origin Sierra de Segura. The horses and sheep that graze on our farm create the natural fertilizers that, together with the work in our biodynamic garden (valerian, yarrow, chamomile, stinging nettle, etc.), provide us with everything necessary for the balance of this "farm organism."
