A thousand metres high on the foothills of Sierra Nevada Natural Park (Granada) grows a very Andalusian style olive oil.

The Quaryat Dillar olive oil mill (the name meant Village of Dílar, in Andalusian), is a family business in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park in Granada (Andalusia) which aims for excellence and sustainable development in a tradition dating back thousands of years; immersed in an olive-growing culture and producing our extra virgin olive oil QUARYAT that it is made from our own state and it is a limited production. It works in harmony with its surroundings and favours the biodiversity which makes the Sierra Nevada Natural Area so famous.
