Description: organic extra virgin olive oil produced exclusively from native organic olive variety Manzanilla Cacereña on veraison, when olive colour changes during ripeness. It is produced means reduced first cold extraction in order to preserve the best properties of our Manzanilla Cacereña olives on veraison.
Tasting Profile: green and ripe fruity, with notes of banana, olive and tomato. Sweet on the palate, with light bitter and delicate pungent, but more prominent and late.
