Description: second EVOO produced during the harvest. Harvested from own olive groves. Best olives are selected and milled before 7 hours means cold extraction and with cutting-edge technologies in order to preserve all best Manzanilla Cacereña properties.

Tasting Profile: moderate fruity intensity of green olive, fresh cut grass, with notes of green banana, apple and tomato. Sweet and enveloping on the palate, with a well-balanced and elegant bitter and pungent. Harmonious and with a pleasant and durable persistence.     

Acidity < 0.2% 

Cooking recommendations: to cook fishes, meats, fresh vegetables and cod salads. To smoked, baked and steamed foods. Besides it is perfect to pastries and mayonnaises.
