We specialize in producing our original single-serve packaging MINIOLIVA, which has become our hallmark.  Inspired by the sea of olive trees surrounding us, Alcalá Oliva's founder, Santiago Pérez Anguita, conceived this unique packaging, authentic inside and out: a faithful reflection of the olive from which genuine extra virgin olive oil is extracted.
