Follow the full traceability process typical of Aire Sano products, which make it possible to guarantee that the highest quality standards are followed at all times, from feeding with the noble cereals of Teruel, to raising and fattening livestock on farms, the processes of the meat industry and the final elaboration in the dryer of La Puebla de Valverde (Teruel). Breeding is carried out on farms that meet the most demanding biosecurity and control measures.
Aire Sano is the main producer of ham and shoulder ham under the Protected Designation of Origin Jamón de Teruel. It also belongs to Naturuel Corporación Agroalimentaria, an agri-food project of Turolense origin whose objective is to offer food of differentiated quality through the transformation of agricultural raw materials into vigorous food, respecting the environment, thanks to its production model based on the circular economy.
Our drying facility is located in La Puebla de Valverde (Teruel) at an altitude of more than 1,200m, a suitable place to offer hams with a minimum curing period of up to 25 months and shoulders of up to 15 months, of the Duroc Pic variety that offers meat with more infiltration, juiciness and with values ??around 48% of oleic acid.Among our novelties, we can find a new category of 100% natural shoulders and hams, only made with sea salt, being the first to offer this product with the seal of the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin "Jamón de Teruel" / "Paleta de Teruel ".
Our production process guarantees full traceability, as well as the Animal Welfare and AENOR Antibiotic Free Breeding certifications from the destination of which we are also pioneers. We also have the approval to different countries to offer the best of Teruel to the world.
