We have recovered one of the most special and prestigious elaborations of our Denomination of origin. It is an extraordinary complex, long and round wine. It has multiple aromas of nuts, honey and dried fruits concentrated during the drying period and enhanced by the ageing in French oak. The equilibrium between, sweetness, acidity and bitterness makes it the perfect wine for an aperitif or a dessert. It is by far the most special elaboration we make.

We are Dori and Jorge two former engineers who decided to quit their jobs to follow our dream. We own two hectars of vineyard which we grow organically and from which we produce the most singular, exclusive and innovative wines like our Tostado or our artisanal vermouths. We also offer a wide range of tourism activities for small groups that care for a unique experience.
