Aceitunas y Encurtidos Guillamón was created in the 50s as a family business by Francisco Guillamón Ruiperez and two of his brothers.
Joaquín Guillamón, the current director, consolidated the brand in the Region of Murcia in the food, hospitality and raw material for industry sectors. We are currently expanding the production plant and its facilities, with clean rooms, chambers and space for the fermentation area.
Aceitunas y Encurtidos Guillamón is one of the main manufacturers of olives and pickles in Murcia. We have a wide clientele, due to the fact that we have a wide range of products, varieties of olives and dressings with unbeatable flavors, maintaining very strict and rigorous quality-hygiene standards. In addition, the company is developing new projects, such as Russian salad, cherry peppers for stuffing in various sizes and colours (red, yellow and green) and special Vasca chillies for gildas.
