Organic olive production. The "Las Hazadillas" estate, located in the heart of Segura de la Sierra, is designed to preserve the natural environment. More than 120 hectares with a great variety of flora and fauna, an environment bathed by the Guadalmena reservoir that gives the oil a soft aroma and a fruity flavour. The AOVES extracted from it have a unique character thanks to the influence of the scrubland, with areas of rockroses, scrubland and holm oaks.We are very environmentally conscious, hence our production of organic and picual olives on the estate.
AOVES of picual variety. The "Casa Marcos" estate, located near the centre of Torredelcampo, has centenary olive trees for the extraction of EVOO. It is destined to the picual olive variety and stands out for its traditional work, achieving a strong flavour, with bitter and spicy notes.
