Medium fruity green olive with some hints of freshly cut grass, olive leaf and apple. Very elegant entrance in the palate with medium bitterness and slight spicy taste in the throat. In the aftertaste, smooth astringency and vegetable garden remembrance, emphasising a tinge of artichoke and olive leaf.

The Bravo family of Ardales (Málaga) is the exclusive producer of ACEITES DE ARDALES. For generations they have lived among the olive groves in the Guadalteba, region of Andalucia, experiencing the rhythm that marks the passing of the seasons and the farm work - the care of the trees and the harvesting of the fruit.   The production of a good Extra Virgin olive oil begins with excellent raw materials, and with respect and regard to the timing and the processes, without adding anything not found naturally.
