Medium fruity green ripe olive with herbal hints, tomato, green almond and mushed fruits (green fruits, apple, banana). Reminiscences of aromatic wildflowers. Sweet and elegant in the palate. Smooth changeover to balanced bitterness and spiciness. Almond aftertaste, slightly astringent with fruity tinge (banana and apple). Clean, balanced, harmonic.
