AOVE Novo is a limited edition elaborated from exclusive olives selected by Lola Sagra - The awakening of each new harvest.

First EVOO of the year collected from olive groves of selected area. Novo is identified by its green olive colour. Great aromatic complexity evoking reminiscences of plants that coexist in our olive grove, highlighting the olive leaf, wheat grass, lavender, fruity notes of tomato and green banana, green apple and green almond. In mouth is well balanced, it has a very nice entrance sweet, slightly bitter and spicy, its persistence over time is delicate and elegant.

Nobleza del Sur has been awarded as the Best Green Farm in the world with 99/100 by Flos Olei Guide.
