THERE IS SOMETHING MYSTERIOUS IN THE DESERT THAT CAPTIVATES MAN AND PRESERVES LIFE. Our story begins with the vision of a boy who is in love with the desert. The natural properties of the location, where olive trees are grown, determine the differential nuances of an olive oil. Our olive trees flourish in the only Desert in Europe, a unique ecosystem with more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and stable temperatures of 17 degrees, on average. The ideal environment for the growth and maturation of olives is outlined by its location. The Estate is found 25 km from the Meditteranean Sea, with Cabo de Gata Natural Park to the East, and the frozen slopes of the Sierra Nevada Natural Park some 45km to the West. The uniqueness of these geographical conditions confers the characteristics of flavour, aroma and colour that make Campos de Uleila  one of the most unique olives oil.

Due to the constant search of sustainable development, the coexistence of olive and almond trees was able to be maintained. While at the same time leaving several mountain areas with native plants, aromatic plants and wild flora, such as thyme, rosemary or esparto grass, intact. Thus constituting reserves of the native flora and fauna. On a tour of the farm we can find vineyards, fruit trees and small plots of wheat, which serve as food for local species such as partridges and rabbits. The richness in nuances of our oils is owed to this uniqueness in the coexistence of different plantations. Our plantation collaborates with the “Olive Alive” Project and SeoBird life
