Chef Gabriel Quispe Peña, winner of the third edition of the Talentos by Abril competition, will present an exclusive tasting experience at the Aceites Abril stand, showcasing the versatility and flavor of their extra virgin olive oils paired with high-quality Galician products.

Gastronomic proposals:

  • Confit leeks with Abril Colleita Propia EVOO, San Simón D.O.P. cheese foam, and Galician Lacón I.G.P. breadcrumbs.
  • Canapé of Santoña anchovies with Tetilla D.O.P. cheese cream, Abril Picual EVOO, olives, and sun-dried tomato.

Gabriel will introduce each dish, highlighting the ingredients used. This dynamic will be repeated a couple of times throughout the morning, with each session lasting approximately 15 minutes.
