Romero Verde is a family business with more than 70 years of experience in the olive sector. We produce premium EVOO from the Picual variety.
The EVOO we produce is harvested early at the Cortijo Santa Ana and cold pressed in our own factory. We reduce the yield of the fruit to 3 times less than a conventional EVOO in order to intensify the colour, aromas and flavour of our oil. A process that takes care of the details and with care to obtain a high quality olive oil.
