Exquisite oil with a 100% green fruitiness and high intensity, without traces of ripeness, and complex aromas that reflect its varieties. The nose is dominated by fig leaves, ground cover, fresh broad beans, greens, and tomato. The palate presents a slight spiciness and bitterness that envelops the entire palate, leaving hints of almond in the finish.
