In a village in the National Park of Picos de Europawe own a small hut where we usually go to rest.It was during a cold and rainy autumn afternoon when we decided to make butter biscuits in our wood-fire oven.We don't know whether it was the aroma they gave off, or simply the result of chance, but the animals from the meadow surrounding the hut gathered around the irresistible aroma of the biscuits.
